When a customer pays:

  1. Payment is processed immediately
  2. Stripe holds the funds for its standard payout window
  3. Payout is initiated to your bank
  4. Your bank posts the deposit once Stripe sends it

Go to Profile → Payments & Payouts to see your recent activity and next payout estimate.

In Stripe Dashboard

Tap "Manage in Stripe Dashboard" for detailed breakdown: individual transactions, fees, and payout history.

Why Is My Payout Delayed?

Common reasons for payout delays:

Weekend / Holiday

Banks don't process transfers on non-business days.

New Account

First payouts may take 7-14 days while Stripe establishes your account.

Verification Needed

Check your email for requests from Stripe.

Bank Issue

Verify your bank account details are correct in Stripe Dashboard.

Payout shows "Paid" but not in bank? Give your bank a little longer to post it, then contact your bank. If it still has not arrived, contact Stripe Support.
