Online payments are split two ways: you (the detailer) pay Stripe's standard 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee, deducted from each payout. The customer pays an additional 3% Detaild platform fee at checkout, added to their booking total. You don't pay both. Detaild's 3% is collected from the customer, not from your earnings. Cash payments logged in the app have no fees on either side. You can also use Detaild as a full CRM without connecting Stripe and collect payment any way you prefer.
Your subscription is billed through the Apple App Store (credit cards, Apple Pay). Your clients' payments are processed through Stripe.
