Every Detaild plan includes unlimited appointment reminders, confirmations, and customer messages sent through the app. There is no monthly cap and no per-message charge.
What unlimited means
Unlimited means unlimited for normal detailing business use. We reserve the right to contact you if usage suggests something other than that, such as bulk marketing to purchased lists, messaging outside your customer base, or automated sending at a volume no single operation would produce.
We will always reach out before taking any action on an account.
What is included

All of it is covered by your subscription. Nothing here is metered, and there are no message credits to buy or run out of.
