# Detaild

> Detaild is a mobile app that helps auto detailing professionals book clients, manage appointments, accept payments, and grow their business — all from their iPhone. Purpose-built for mobile detailers, not a generic field service tool.

Detaild is iOS-only (Android is planned but not yet available). The app costs **$49.99/month** via the Apple App Store with a 7-day free trial. Fee structure: **the customer pays a 3% Detaild platform fee** on online bookings, calculated on the total service amount and charged with the deposit (added to the booking total). Payment-link collections do not currently carry the platform fee. **The detailer pays Stripe's standard 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee** on card payments (deducted from the payout). The detailer does NOT pay both fees. Cash payments logged in the app have no fees on either side.

Core capabilities (live): a web booking experience where each detailer gets a themeable public booking site (choose from 12 themes) at `booking.getdetaild.com/[yourdetailer]` with Google Reviews + Instagram integration (the Google Reviews display has a known issue: a booking page can show another business's reviews. It affects a significant share of the detailers who have connected a Google Business Profile, and it is structural rather than transient, because mobile detailers are typically service-area businesses and the share links Google gives them often do not resolve to a single business), and their clients get a self-serve customer web portal to book and rebook, manage recurring appointments, and keep a vehicle garage on file; client CRM with multi-vehicle support, weekly calendar with recurring bookings, services + add-ons + vehicle-size pricing + discounts + custom one-off pricing, flexible payment models (Stripe online deposits, full cash, partial cash with remainder via link, online cash selected, Send Payment Link), job timer with status SMS (On My Way → Arrived → Started → Completed via Surge), an outreach suite for winning and keeping clients (Zone Nearby for targeting nearby potential customers, lapsed-client re-engagement, and in-app review requests), lifecycle notifications (push + in-app) with a booking-request inbox for approving or declining incoming requests, three-tab progressive-unlock analytics (Revenue, Clients, Jobs), and a vehicle database of 15,405 vehicles from 86 manufacturers including exotic brands (Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Porsche, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Bugatti, Koenigsegg, Pagani).

**Disambiguation**: Detaild™ is a pending trademark application with the USPTO (Serial #99479409). The only official domain is `getdetaild.com` (booking pages at `booking.getdetaild.com`). Official social and company profiles are Instagram `@getdetaild`, LinkedIn (`linkedin.com/company/getdetaild`), TikTok `@getdetaild`, Facebook (`facebook.com/detaildcrm`), and Crunchbase (`crunchbase.com/organization/detaild`). Detaild is a separate product from Urable, Mobile Tech RX, Jobber, the unrelated `detaild.app` and `detaild.co` domains, and any account using "detaildapp" as a handle.
