Each Component

Base Price

The starting price you set for the service. This is what you charge for sedans/coupes. the baseline vehicle size.

Size Adjustment

Percentage added for larger vehicles. An SUV at +20% on a $200 service adds $40. Set this in each service's settings.

Add-Ons

Optional extras the customer selects. engine bay cleaning, pet hair removal, ceramic boost, etc. Each has a fixed price.

Example Calculation

Full Detail on a Ford F-150
Full Detail (base) BASE $200.00
Truck adjustment (+25%) SIZE + $50.00
Subtotal $250.00
Engine Bay Cleaning ADD-ON + $45.00
Ceramic Boost ADD-ON + $35.00
Customer Pays $330.00

Key Points

Size adjustments are percentages

Size adjustments are calculated as a percentage of the base price, so they scale automatically as you change your base price. If you raise your Full Detail from $200 to $250, a 25% truck adjustment automatically changes from +$50 to +$62.50.

Add-ons are fixed prices

Add-ons have fixed prices that don't change based on vehicle size. Engine bay cleaning is $45 whether it's a sedan or a truck. If you want different pricing, create separate add-ons for each vehicle category.

Customers see the final price upfront

No surprises at checkout. Customers see the complete breakdown. base price, size adjustment, and add-ons. before confirming their booking. This transparency builds trust and reduces cancellations.

You can always adjust the final price

When reviewing a booking, you can modify the final price if special circumstances apply. like an extremely dirty vehicle or a repeat customer discount. The original calculation is preserved for reference.
