What Customers Receive

When you send a payment request, your customer receives an SMS with a link to pay securely through Stripe. The message includes your business name, service completed, and the amount due.

How to Send a Request

Send Payment Request
  1. Open the appointment in Calendar
  2. Tap Request Payment
  3. Confirm the amount
  4. Tap Send
  5. Customer receives SMS with payment link

After They Pay

When the customer pays, you'll get a notification and the appointment will be marked as paid. The funds are processed through Stripe and included in your next payout (typically 2 business days).
