We kick off with a Consultation call to make sure we’re a good fit for each other and that you have everything you need before signing your contract.

Once you're officially a client (read: have signed your contract), we’ll hop on a Strategy call to make sure that you have everything prepared for your experience. 

For website design, this is your copy and professional photos.

Then, we’ll hop on a call the morning of our first day to go over everything I have planned and the flow for the entire experience.

Once we wrap up the experience, we’ll hop on an offboarding call and you have 24 hours after to communicate any changes with me.

Why can't I book my VIP Day sooner?

Although the work is done in 1-3 days, there are some things that must take place beforehand to provide proper planning and best results (like the photoshoot and copy). VIP Web Experiences should be booked at least a month in advance.

What do I need to have prepared for my VIP Day?

Each client receives a detailed checklist in their client portal of what is needed before the vip experience and when those items are needed. Failure to provide these items by the deadline will result in a rescheduling of the vip experience.

HOW LONG DOES THE VIP EXPERIENCE TAKE?

VIP Web Experiences take 1-3 days based on the complexity of your needs. These series of days must be booked at least a month in advance to properly prepare.

What happens after the vip experience?

After the VIP Experience, you have 24 hours to provide any revisions needing to be made. You also receive 21-day post launch support. This support does not mean revisions past the 24-hour mark, but basic trouble-shooting questions. 

All clients receive recorded tutorials on how to operate their site.

What platform do you design websites on?

I currently design on the Wix, Showit, WordPress (using the Elementor plug-in), and Shopify (using a page builder plug-in like GemPages). Platform choice is uniquely determined with each client based on needs and capabilities voiced by the client.

I do not handle domain, hosting, or plug-in costs needed during the project.

are there investments outside of the vip Experience?

Yes. Website copy and professional photos are imperative to the completion of the VIP Experience. Clients will receive The Brandbox Copy Guide, as well as Photoshoot Strategy. Professional photos under my direction is required for the VIP Experience. You may elect to hire a copywriter or use the copy guide given.
